How do batch shipments work?
We hold your finished cups in our warehouse and ship them to you in batches across your storage period, so you always have stock without holding it yourself.
Can I change my shipping schedule?

Which orders qualify?
Any custom cup order at our standard quantity tiers (from 1,000 units) and sizes. Lids are shipped with your first batch.
